No. Every team, city and score is made up and simulated on your device. The game uses no real sports data, has no online play, and involves no money or prizes.
The first save asks for permission to add images to your photo library. If you tapped "Don't Allow", open Settings › Privacy & Security › Photos › Krobvel and choose "Add Photos Only", then try again.
Your seasons and records are stored only on the device you play on. There is no account or cloud sync, so progress can't be moved, and deleting the app removes it.
